Sade new song “Soldier of Love”

Being the huge Sade fan i have been for so many years, about 20 years now, its been almost a decade since her last release and i am totally looking forward to the new one. This is her new song and even though i generally hate songtitles with the words “war, soldier,..” or anything military in it, Sade as in previous years is an exception to the rule or all rules in general. If its gonna be anything like any of her previous albums i am gonna be listening to this one for the next 10 years.

In general i don’t believe in the concept of albums these days, when observed from an evolutionary point of view – this mechanical item is simply dated, but once again Sade is also an exception to this rule. Enjoy

This is it folks the place to be this Saturday if you are anywhere near and in Berlin – and if you dont know this spot – don’t bother. Here are some tunes and edits that fit the YUM YUM sound in Berlin, hand selected by my man Schowi. The Flyers simply nice. Its the YUM YUM Berlin 1 year anniversary, cause thats about the time when we officially landed, even though we have been around – but with a city like Berlin – you need to time and play it all right and if not well you are mediocre or less in a matter of days – thats why this is another fine selected setup. Really looking forward to this joint.

Ps the lineup is like a who is who of the people who define the city these days. incl main lady Palina Power, One of the Sick Girls, Bianca Checker and so on – these ladies know to throw a proper party and are pure eye candy besides being (street)smart. this track is taken from her new album – and you get what you expect, i like Alicia Keys – just wished she would go sing and play the keys on some more 36 chambers Wu-tang sounding beats and i would eat it up – she would probably start a new (nothings new really) trend.this tune is like those 90ies tunes that said “w/o rap version” in brackets. Somebody pls make a drum n bass version out of it packed with Rakim & Nas samples and some chopped up Primo beats/samples from 94

half the people around me are up on it, so here you have it. i mentioned it her new album – go get and so on.. and nice tune by the way.
