“Last year we stopped in one morning at Mark Ronson’s studio in London to record a song live and have a cup of tea. We dared to record this Otis Redding classic. It ain’t broke, and we could never fix it, but it was fun so we did it for fun. For the nerds, I played Mark’s electric sitar and this was all analog.” – via Soundcloud
Exactly one year ago some warm and calm beats from Peru reached me (read the previous post here). It’s weird because I clearly remember when this happened. Somehow it seemed like Maribel Tafur (without knowing me but hopefully we gonna change this fact one day when I’ll finally make my way to Peru ;)) just made the soundtrack of my emotions these days. I just came back from Chile and my skin was still heated up by the sun, in my mind I was still up on this rooftop lying there, watching the stars and eating fresh fruits that actually taste like real fruits. Being back ‘home’ in cold and grey and serious Germany has been hard for me and I kept my head up with many sun salutations and the beats of Maribel.
So here is another track by this lady and again the Wanderlust is screaming louder than anything else. I just added it to my yoga playlist and you shouldn’t miss to get your Free DL here.
