File not Found #3: “Round & Round” by Jonnel, Method Man & Hi-Tek

The Hi-Tek produced “Round & Round” used to be one of my favourite jams to throw on some 6, 7 years ago. Just sprang to mind and didnt have it on me and whenerver that happens its time for another File Not Found # Post. Great Party Anthem, my original 12″ didnt have that sticker, matter of fact the sleeve was white. So its from some Soundtrack from a movie i didnt see. Back in those days the Hip hop soundtracks & movies were really crappy except Ghost Dog. But anyways this tune is definitely worth holding on to.

Summertime!

Another week with nothing else than average tunes and no mentionable new albums but an incredible heat wave all over the globe. So I decided to get over the silly season with a collection of my personal Top 8 songs to dance through hot summer nights (partially similar to Max idea). All of them a rather old (no new songs are included), but they somehow fit the mood of the season & the hot summery temperatures due to their titles or content (except “Come Over” – I just like this song!). Besides that, you can get a little taste of the upcoming YUM YUM tonight since the one or other track is certainly “YUM YUM-approved”.

Alright, we´re in the middle of summer which is great by all means but just like every year it´s the most hard time to find some quality new music. So here’s my weekly post and this time it’s in response to current events. What I mean is the Prince concert which took place at Waldbühne, Berlin the day before yesterday. It’s quite sad that such events are so goddamn expensive, most people cannot effort, including me..haha. I don’t care, it’s still just a concert and if you’re sitting miles away from the artist, it’s not really cool, in most case at least. Finally to return to my post cover, one last incitement:
