A simple early hours version of D’angelos classic first track with a decent backing track provided by everybodies favourite 90ies band, Massive Attack. Enjoy this one and play it in the early hours (as seen on the pic) or at cafes and similar mellow spots.. works well and is a nifty soul tune. cant go wrong with these two.
Welcome Schu aboard the production team..
A short and quick one. Did this on the train. A Dj tool o go from party faves and unstandable singalong tunes into the more clubby sound of today. I reckon this to be a very necessary tool and bridge in your sets, provided by us to you. No breaks and tricks on this one. Just a beat and the refixxed original 80ies anthem. enjoy and use it wisely young jedi…

“100 Days in Bmore” (YUM YUM)
A bmore floor mix/ version by Tand Williams. Taking the already lovely Sharon Jones original to a more club friendly mix. Tand Williams did this mix in November/December last year. We finally got together yesterday to mix it anew, give it a slightly different arrangement, a few extra gimmicks & an old BDP vocal snippet. Works better than ever before. Hands down… will work up a storm on the floor now.
“Work that Soul” YUM YUM
This months No. 1 YUM YUM tune is smooth tune to start out the night. Since everybody loved that Mary tune where she sang on top of that one Game beat (the one sampling Al Green) i might as well make a follow-up to that song. I think it works pretty well not only according to the reactions that i am getting when i play it at night. A smooth stepper for your collection that works in simply every kind of environment. This is exactly that kind of Soul music that makes me move a muscle. Hope you enjoy it as much as i do….
“Mercy” Duffy (YUM YUM Bmore treat)
Lovely rework of everybodys favourite blue-eyed soul lady Duffy. Works well on every floor and takes the song straight to the dancefloor. A neat YUM YUM version by notFx. Check it out on the latest YUM YUM treat Vol.7.Here is the full version (as with all our posted version), play it out loud and watch the crowd take off.
“Sexual Healing (w Marvin Gye)” YUM YUM
“Sexual Healing (w/o Marvin Gye)” YUM YUM
One more time Sexual Healing gets reworked. This time the Hot 8 Brass Band rework/remake of that tune gets the rework treatment. The first version incorporates the original vocals on top of the horn section that plays the very same lines while the second one is more about the uptempo vibe to change tempos in a set and give more variety to your set. Nice stepper and a floor favourite. Have fun playing this one out loud.
