First YUM YUM date & opening night in Vienna now official : May 30th @ Cafe Leopold

Well the first date at cafe Leopold is confirmed and the few people that know about it are already spreading the word. We took so long because we are trying to set up YUM YUM Vienna properly. There are strong ties to this city and we are looking at a monthly format right now, more infos coming soon. The first date will be Saturday, May 30th with me and michael on dj duties. Meaning Beware & Chrome for the opener. Here is a new remix by man Dj Beware which is “voll gut” (thats right go look up that german online dictionary):

The full CD gonna be handed out at the WeSC / Top Friend Party this Saturday @ Cafe King. Djs will be Chrome & Schowi. Expect more goodies from the WeSC folks. Starts early at 10pm and will be open till the real late hours. Me and Schowi are looking forward to playing together again. The mix will give you an idea what you can expect. Should be a good night, especially since Jhi, the guy running Cafe King, amped up his Soundsystem, to give it that special boom thats needed for a proper Top Friend night. Also since this is supposed to be the kick-off night for the Winter Ispo and we are dealing with the We guys, expect this to be a mad house – don’t worry though, all the snowboard kiddies should be hanging out at the other popular snwbrd parties. So come down and join us for a proper Top Friend Extravaganza.

A nice remix i did in 2004. They had it playing on national television and about everywhere else i went and looked. Just recently it was playing in the background of some Tv show. So a good oppurunity to revisit some of our older material that is still getting major appreciation from around the country.

Taken from my 2004 mixtape: Summit Soundcheck Vol.3 (couldn’t get Logic to export the mix in one piece for some time now, so i guess it’ll be a little bit longer before i can re-up it on here)

Top Friend Party this friday/Jan 16th in munich with Bass.Ill.Euro/Passion

Get ready for a massive dance with Passion, Schu & Not:fx this Friday, Jan 16th @ Registratur, munich. 3rd installment of the Top Friend Party. I might be involved – we’ll see about that. Still haven’t figured out all details, like if area 2 is open or not and what is being palyed there. YUM YUM will not take place this Friday – just to let you know. Still working out some details and deals with other places/ locations for one – offs. We’ll keep you informed.

Ps if it is delivered in time, the new WeSC mixCd by Chrome & Schowi will be handed out this Friday. A nice free give a way & a MixCd that is getting some crazy response form about everywhere.

Ps – Also we are throwing a party togehter with WeSC on Sat – January 31 in munich. Will be huge especially since its supposed to be the ispo kick off party. Top Friend Party @ Erste Liga

This is gonna be a jumping madhouse. Really looking forward to playing the weirdness. If you have been to any of our YUM YUM parties within the last 6 months, and i know you have, you have probably checked out our 2nd area – which has constantly been our Top Friend Party – and always went down a storm. You know what to expect tonight @ Erste Liga. Its officially titled Resident Rock vs Top Friend and the Djs will be Chrome (Top Friend Party) & Hubertus Becker (as Liga resident). Don’t forget to get our free Top Friend MixCd – which will be out in 7 days. See you tonight.
