DON’T forget last years “Detune” by KALEIDA

My favorite act for the past 2 years. Get with Kaleida.

Detune is right in so many ways when rational thought is now censored and punished, not only anymore by some self righteous hate preachers disguised as agents of love and tolerance on youtube, but also what Google did yesterday, by firing their employee, who just exposed their double standard agenda, that is super disconnected with the touch base reality and lives of ordinary people.

Real deep, goosebump material: “real” (feat. Liv Stockton) by Snocker Cot

Just let the track unfold, for a minute, until it really sinks in. The longer it runs the more it creates that eery feeling of a haunted house and memories of a time long gone by or that never even happened. Great production by an artist i just got introduced to. Many modern tracks miss to create that certain feeling, and this one easily captures it, even though it drifts off into instrumental parts of the song that do not sound ‘real’ but more like an illusion, a state of mind fuck.

I only wish the track was longer… Great beatmaker, good vocals and highly recommended for every chill / learn / work / night drive / space the fuck out – playlist. The old genre “Trip Hop” comes to mind!

I for one welcome our new trippy overlords!

Bearcubs – Underwaterfall

This is 25yo electronic artist Bearcubs from London UK with his first single of the self-titled EP ‘Underwaterfall’. The soundscape might be described as something in between James Blake, Jai Paul and the XX, but decide for yourself. Either way, he’s on his own path and this song is quite outstanding. We’re looking forward for the whole EP to be released on March 10 via his own label ‘All Points Music’. Watch him growing folks!
