Jessie Ware – What You Won’t Do For Love

When Sampha & Jessie Ware do a cover Bobby Caldwells late 70ies/ early 80ies classic tune and decide to give it that extra magic, their team up always has, they work wonders and reanimate the whole thing to become something completely different, but manage to still keep the loveliness of the original, that has been a favourite of almost all the djs i know for years and years. They did it again. To download the tune go to Jessie Wares Facebook Page.

Adam F – Circles / Jon Kwest Moombahton Rework

Great and absolutely over due remix of one of the best tunes of the 90ies uk db scene. this was a world hit on dancefloors all over and the edit stays true to the original, adding the moombah flavour w/o estranging people with unneccessary moombacore sounds. circles is back on the floors. big up adam f once again for this work of genius and for the best use of bob james’ most prominent sample.

Adam F – Circles (Jon Kwest Rmx)

the tune is taken from the “Jon Kwest Presents LIGHTER Moombahton Vs Jungle (Part 1 & Part 2)” compilation. A few very decent reworks of 90ies db classics, only thing bothering me (and everyone else playing these tunes) is that annoying joni kwest vocal snippet on the beginning of each and every track. Reminds me of dj premiers 90ies tapes. “pppp…premier..mier…” anyone? Other than that a very solid production by JKwest and thanks for that buddy. I know all our Djs here & a lot of the kids are already playing most of these tunes & a JKs tunes in general, just wanted to highlight the adam f edit. great rework and much appreciated piece of music for the floors.
