Guess what popped up in our mailbox some hours ago – yes – a new Flume joint and Tove Lo is on this one too. This is his fourth song taken from his upcoming album ‘Skin‘ to be released on the 27th of May.
That is what Flume tells us about his song:
It was a really fun one to make. I went and saw Kanye’s show at the Hollywood Bowl last year and after the show a few of us were at a bar and a Tove Lo song was playing. I shazamed the song. We reached out to try get something happening and it turned out that she was in LA. Two days later we were in the studio together and we wrote Say It.
We’re really looking for the entire album and until then we can listen to his tracks over here.

It has been quiet about Lakechild over the last couple of months. Exploring different styles and diving into different projects our two friends kept themselves busy with productions and finding new paths to go. Besides topping the worldwide charts and dropping a phenomenal album RiRi also has the best possible remix around, with all the state of the art ingredients, that make this tune a pure pleasure to play out loud. Actually Drake is kind of a downer on this one :( Buuuut….
Still his verse can’t take away from the production and the chopped vocal hook more than makes up for anything and apart from all those twerk-rework-jerks he actually lets the tune breath for a minute. Big up to R3hab for setting up a killer dancefloor tune out of a killer anthem w/o losing the island vibes. Tropical 2.0 and beyond. “Maximum Respect” is, i guess, the proper Caribbean phrase to recognize superb achievements…

Major Lazer – Blaze Up The Fire (feat. Chronixx)
i know this tune is 10 months old by now, but i catch myself listening to it over and over. I guess i subconsciously added it to so many playlists that i keep coming across it time and again. The tune is so close to perfection that i don’t mind at all. I haven’t found a single remix that comes close to the originals energy (and i don’t mean EDM) i mean good vibes and positive energy. So if u know any mix that might give it a different twist w/o losing any of the original flavour pls send it our way. Until then i guess i’mma blaze it till di mornin’ and keep on pumping this jam of jams!
