Against the Stream is a collaboration by Berlin based newcomer girl JOPLYN and Booka Shade. Urban Indie Pop meets Electronic Beats combined with thoughts of a young female artist waving somewhere between the beauty of hot summer nights and dark streets where you easily can get lost from time to time in big cities like Berlin. Definitely no need to hide this pretty face with hair the whole time and I am missing a little smile – but that’s just my personal opinion and something you should decide for yourself. Enjoy the night ride through the streets of Berlin and swim with Joplyn against the stream :)

I like the energy and the sound esthetics of ‘Blue Cross’ by South London, UK based producer Knight Heir. Here and there some improvements + some mastering and it sounds much better. But it is what it is and i like it the way it is.
It’s this time of the year where you slow down, have good soulfood, surrond yourself with friends and your loved ones. Where you light up candles and have some good, warm tea. Where dreams start to grow and you load your energy for the upcoming summer. It will come, for sure.
