Am 24. September wird The Internets’s EP “Feel Good” veröffentlicht. Unter anderem werden darauf die Tracks “Dontcha” und “Partners in Crime Part Two” zu hören sein. Beim Reinhören in diese zwei vorab veröffentlichten Tracks bekommt man auf jeden Fall Lust auf mehr “Feel Good”.

Emmavie ist eine 22 jährige Produzentin und Sängerin aus London. Ihre Tunes sind eine Mischung aus Hip Hop,RnB und teilweise trapigen Elementen und doch sind ihre Songs sehr soulig zugleich. Hier sind ein paar ihrer Tunes auf Bandcamp.

4. After seeing this interview with her on sexism in the music buisness, i think i’ll appreciate anything she does.
5. The final song “What an experience” sounds like a 80s song by the Debarges or the likes. Or one of those 80ies Coke commercials, and you know everything 80ies related is an automatic WIN in my book :)

In the face of Daft Punks “Get Lucky” & Pharrells Robin Thicke production and the emergence of classic disco & funk this summer, i caught myself playing this classic of ours more and more. Had to give it that facelift. Set at a good 116 BPM.
