I know, I know Sax samples are so ‘last year’ and they make you automatically sound like Klangkarussell and any Dj will tell you he won’t play saxbased tunes anymore, but when you have not had a proper follow up to Sonnentanz it might just be a good thing. Balduins name is obscure to say the least, and we can tell from their still fresh soundcloud they might be new to this but the samples used have a nice ring to them and this was a good attempt for a first song (or did they use live instrumentation?). It’s a soothing tune and I appreciate their very first effort, so let’s see what comes next…
