this thursday: WeSC Bread & Butter Party @Villa Berlin

In time for bread & butter, WeSC is having a ball @ Villa, this Thursday. Like at any B&B Berlin is under attack by the hordes of party zombie fashionistas. This party gets major support from YUM YUM Berlin so it will go though the roof, even though Adidas is throwing a huge extravaganza next door, but i’ll see all of you M.I.A.s  latest around 2-3, cause just like NY in the 80/90ies – Berlin never sleeps. Floor ones handled by me and Schowi and #2 goes to Nhan & Taan. So come by and Salaam

2 tunes that i keep hearing from my co-djs in Berlin – i dig them both

about Haiti – pls help this clean water initaiative!

A friend of mine has this new initiative to help Haiti, he runs a global clean water initiative and this is what he is looking to provide to the people of Haiti who have fallen victim to last weeks catastrophy. Read his words and help.

“Dear friends,

Many of you have watched the devastation in Haiti this past week. I am setting up a special dedicated fund for those of you who would like to contribute directly to giving clean water back to Haiti.

After such a natural disaster, the main needs of the people revolve around, shelter, basic food and water as well as medical aid. Clean water is critical in the early days of such a tragedy.

I have already developed some reliable contacts and can assure that these funds go directly to providing much needed clean water to the people of Haiti.

Please visit the web site www.globalh2o.org and help by donating spare change for clean water today, or you can access the donation forms directly here: https://thewildefoundation.sagefundraisingonline.com/haiti ”

Thanks,

lets see what Leeroy Thornhill from Prodigy is up to these days?

Like almost anybody else, who was raised and conditioned culturally and musically in the 80ies & 90ies, i too, have always been a huge fan of the prodigy, (no not the rapper ;-) – who is he compared to these guys? So when asked if our blog wanted to feature Leeroy Thornhill of Prodigy, when he plays in munich – there was no debate about it. I definitely want to see what he is about and up to these days. So lets find out this Friday when Leeroy steps up to the tables. Musical support will be provided by Simon of Bobble fame in munich and so everything stays in the family. Nice one.

Rsvp to the party on facebook

Below you’ll find one of the best music vids – that i have ever seen – and that of course, like any other good vid back then,  was banned from Mtv.
