2015 has just begun and Milky Chance already take care of the good vibes. The “Unknown Song” fulfills all my expectations: It’s uplifting, you will start dancing immediately and the only thing I think of right know – let me pack my bags and let’s all move to summer to go on a road trip, to get lost in the moonlight and to drink cocktails with little colorful umbrellas on top. Soon again…until then this track (and especially the harp) will make me happy :)
Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world.
Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.

A Happy New Year!
Dear 2014, I really enjoyed spending time with you. Not all of it – there were lonely and hard moments too. Moments when you built up a mirror cabinet for me and got really amused while watching me – not able to find my way out of it. But OK, thank you even for this. In the end I got your purpose behind everything. Sometimes you were really ridiculous (or was it me again?). Sometimes you were just breath-taking. And all in all – thank you for all the lessons you gave me, thank you for the joy and the beautiful places you showed me and the lovely people to whom you guided me. And especially thank you for getting to know myself better. Day by day…
And thank YOU for listening, (eventually not always) reading, supporting and following us! We hope you enjoyed this ChromeMusic year as much as we did. So here is a last, simply sweet song for you…Enjoy!
Eventide’s music brightens up my day every time I listen to it. Seriously, I am not exaggerating at all. I remember clearly the moment when I checked my Inbox and found their mail. I had a stupid argument minutes before with a person I really love and all new music I was listening to had the same house-synth-robot-without-any-emotion-style. So Eventide literally kicked me out of this mood with their fresh-self-made music. You can listen to the EP in my previous post here and I bet you’ll start dreaming of the same things I did ;)
So now it’s time to update the playlist on my phone with their new track “She Don’t”…Thanks Eventide, keep it exactly like this!

I’m coming home
To your tender loving
You’re my one and only woman
The world leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, girl
You’re the only one that I want
– Leon Bridges
It’s this time of the year where everything is supposed to be quiet and in peace. Families come together, the TV Program is showing you love stories and happy endings over and over again and the world seems to stand still. I guess everyone knows that this is not reality but let’s keep it like this…Leon Bridges sings his lovely song “Coming Home” and for me there is no doubt that his words come from the bottom of his heart. Without pretending anything. While listening to it I watch the snow falling down and wow…I can feel this peaceful magic around me.
Finally I found this beautiful track including an Hangdrum. I felt in love with this instrument already years ago but all you get to hear is either people playing it on the street (it just happened once that the guy played really well, so I sat next to him for about an hour) or it is mostly used in a spiritual shanti om connection. Although I call myself shant om sometimes, I was always looking for a ‘normal’ song with an hangdrum. So here we go….combined with the simply beautiful voice of Zara Mc Farlane this song is emotional, heart warming and it opens my heart for sure.
