Any beat-lover who hasn’t heard about this unique producer combo gets an easy start into their work with this banger. It’s all the producers hailing from China and Germany delivered so far without a single moment of redundancy. The known atmospheric, heavy chords and bass match a beautiful melody, lifting your spirit – making you cease all the memories summer has left.
And it wouldn’t be C.O.W. 牛 had they not found someone very special to collaborate with on this piece. With Hatsune Miku they worked with someone right in their league. The vocaloid software voicebank developed by Crypton Future Media – usually embodied by a 16-year-old girl with long, turquoise twintails – gets a darker, more grown-up and elaborate touch in this production.
C.O.W. 牛 delivers a truly international, truly digital, truly millennial, truly great production.
Mat has always been one of our ChromeMusic favourites going back as long as to the very first Sweet Serenade mixtape, and we felt blessed when we had the chance to work and especially connect with him. He is a special kind of person, you can hear it in everything he does, and by now Mats someone i trust and call a friend.
Only problem is that our tete-a-tete happened a few moons ago and for even many more reasons PFOS and the other ten tracks we did together have been delayed, repacked, and whatnot over and over again… I am super glad that we finally have this one here in our hands, and I am actually proud (you don’t hear me saying that often) of having such a strong track here that does Mats lyrics and deeper underlying intentions just, and actually manages to transform “A pocket full of shells”, as the original was called, into something moody, something else, with a different feel, a completely different mood. Hope you don’t miss our Spotify Link – collect and hooray we finally are back to making YUM YUM Versions, edits, remixes, originals and are releasing them officially.
Of course me referring to a track as strong is subjective, but gladly hearing a tune of your own creation is rather rare …and besides it’s my website so i can say what the EFF i want. Betway recension här
PFOS is a moody monster. Just kidding, not getting high of my own supply here, just dig the vibe and glad to be making music that directly appeals to me… after all the compromises i made to learn while making my steps in the music business. Anyhow i sincerely hope you dig it too and dig the video we did for it.
I feel it in my face – but better. This track gives me all sorts of feelings. Andrew Applepie, this lovely producer, multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, you name it, shows us a very sensitive side of his in this ode to… well, we’ll probably never know. But does it matter? This one’s cute, it’s sweet, it’s beautiful and I feel it everywhere!
After multiplying Hip-Hop experiments under the name of Soryo Madmonk, Theodore returns to his first love electronics in “STIWF!”. Fresh new sounds mixed with some samples, you´ll be asked to “bring that shit” and “feel the Funk, now!” you´ll have no choice because the beat will stand you back against the wall and you´ll have no choice to surrender.
Running to the dark like I’m a light I need the contrast to be satisfied-wipe out-
wanna touch the air with my tongue
See I’m wasting away tasting to fail
Mind like a landscape easy to read but I got enough to keep me
Hiding away, hiding away, hiding away
After the release of their singles, ‘Places,’ ‘Miles Davis’ and ‘Clouds,’ FYE & FENNEK now release ‘Dark Lights’– another electronic-pop track with the essence of summer in Berlin from their debut album Separate Together.
Sings front woman FYE before breaking into chorus. The sound of ‘Dark Lights’ is reminiscent of Berlin summer nights, chasing youth and a sense of freedom, feeling eager to exchange innocence for excitement. It releases alongside their debut album, ‘Separate Together.’ Their first release, ‘Places,’ accumulated nearly 400k plays on Spotify in less than a month after release and landed several New Music Fridays across Europe along with Indie Radar in Germany. ‘Clouds’ reached #1 in Hypemachine relevancy only two weeks after release. Their European album release caught them attention from Italian Billboard magazine who offered raving reviews of the album and a week of social media support. The Berlin based duo will venture off next as support for the LUI HILL European tour in October.
Fragments is a brilliant mixtape by ICMB. With his latest release on “The Jazz Hop” he lives up to its name because the Tape is filled with some high class songs including Jazz vibes, some cool smooth Hip Hop- elements and piano accompaniment. This is the Perfect Mixtape to do some bad work you don´t like to do.
