All of us are still recovering from a big, bad and heavy weekend. But the party is far from over with tomorrows Kehraus Special @ Registratur which will put a stop to all Fasching activities. Will start as early as 14:00 while everybody is gonna start drinking at noon. Not forgetting that tomorrow is a half-day holiday after 1:00 p.m. Will be a nice dance @ Registratur with Ben Jammin, Chrome and old time friends Bob & Al from Pistola #1 and Ferris Bueller (Notfx & Max) who did a great job last Friday at YUM YUM. The music selection fot Tuesdays Kehraus will be a Megamash of YUM YUM sounds and Djs, playing their very own versions, Soul & Funk Music, all time classics, some serious 80ies tunes, Hip Hop and Reggae favourites and of course some beat infected mashes. Ps Disguises welcome..
Now that is a big and massive weekend ahead of us. Friday we are looking forward to our new YUM YUM this Friday, February 16th, down at Registratur in Munich. The Djs will be Chrome & original member Jaws playing the latest in YUM YUM sound, and with Ferris (Max & Notfx) playing their 80ies popmusic meets hiphop wildstyle in the second area. Will be definitely a massive night with all of us motivated to the bone
and armed with plenty of new versions, tunes and 2007 selection.
The next day we will roll on to our next extravaganza. In NRW we will have our very first anniversary with YUM YUM at 100Meister (its already been a year?). With YUM YUM NRWs very first Bday this Saturday, the Dj routines will be left to Chrome and northwest
resident Tand Williams. Plus the rest of us will be carefully inspecting the bar, i guess…
Too bad, at the same time YUM YUM is presenting a great show/ venue/ night at Muffathalle back in munich. Live Demo will hit town – a cool mix of a live show and a clubnight. Not much to say about them, but they are cool people with an excellent lineup: Kurtis
Blow, Ms Dynamite, Les Nubians – and plenty more. YUM YUM will be represented by buddies & Djs Schowi, Brane & local hero David Muallem.
Alas, plenty of things going on this weekend with three heavy nights – as a quick reminder – here is this months YUM YUM top tune selection.
No.2 (our Collie Buddz version) seems to be the actual crowd favourite. Last time i played it the whole place went mental (with that kind of drooling look on their face).Looking forward to Friday night and on Saturday night…
PS – next Tuesday you will get to see a nice mix of us playing at “Kehraus“. We made a last minute Flyer for that special. (Fasching – Djs : Bob & Al/ Ben Jammin/ Ferris guys, + more)
the best band in the world reunites to perform one of their greatest hits live at last nights 2007 grammies. “Roxanne – live” – by the Police.
Ps our mashup of Roxanne & the Black eyed Peas “Roxannes Hump“.
An absolute crowd favourite.

Here is our comic book Review of last friday, February 2nd, which in many ways wasn’t our usual YUM YUM. Not only due to Dj guests Marek and the “new La Boutique” crew in area 2 (Raph & Motive). Was a fun night and pretty huge too, with loads of new tunes and plenty of music that isn’t our average YUM YUM sound, so we will surely come back and hit you all with an all YUM YUM night in two weeks on February the 16th. Best tune in the No.1 song of this months Top Tune selection to have some musical background while you click through the comic book pages. Enjoy. Also, new funnies found below. ps – watch out for this weeks YUM YUM in Duesseldorf and make sure to check this weeks Newsletter with plenty of new infos and brandnew material.
