#EP Release: Winterkind ft. Michael Lane – Let It Go [+ The YUM YUM’s Remix]

‘Let it go’ including the remix by ‘The YUM YUM’s’ is finally on Spotify!

It’s mostly the best things you have to wait for the longest. This friday the first single “Let it Go” by the German Producer Winterkind together with the American singer songwriter Michael Lane will officially be released. After last years’ online success and going around on youtube for a while the song got stuck in heads of many producers, Dj’s and guys out of the industry. So it’s the generic way to let songs like this one grow and breathe. With this high potential to get on the radio and stay on many summer playlists for a long time this track isn’t meant to be just a one of thing. So it ended finally up in a whole EP including 3 more mixes.

The YUM YUM’s have made it up on this EP as well and just like that you can call it their first official Remix. Read more of the YUM YUM’s here and make sure to keep all the wonderful musicians I am telling you about in mind bc I am pretty sure that’s by far not the end of this story!

#Premiere: KYTES – I Got Something (The Revenge Remix) @Spotify

Keeping up the momentum from last year, KYTES are still in the fast lane and not only loved by the indie-scene. With their strong danceable beats, catchy guitar riffs and electronic sound beds they also made it over to this year’s South by Southwest (SXSW) and impressed the heads of marketing of Vodafone, who chose „On The Run” to be the titel song of the new Vodafone CallYa Campaign.

Back from the USA, KYTES were launching their third single „I GOT SOMETHING“ on 29th April 2016.With „I GOT SOMETHING“ KYTES are creating a positive feeling, which takes the listener away. The Song deals with the human existence and compares life to gambling: it doesn’t lie in one’s own hands where and how one is born and bred, it’s more like a russian roulette. But the passage „I got something you should try“ also stresses the point that it is necessary to look ahead in life and it´s important to take the leap and try something new.

After the official first remix of the single done by Robot Koch they are additionally delivering a strong electro remix of Scottish producer Graeme Clark aka The Revenge now.

Maggie Rogers – Alaska (SAXITY Remix)

Saxity came up with a beautiful new remix of the young and talented Maggie Rogers‘ and her outstanding first song “Alaska” a few days ago. If you haven’t already seen the video where she’s introduced her song to Pharrell, and he gives an honest feedback, you shall do this and make sure to add the Original Track and Lakechild’s Remix to your soundcloud playlists, too. Saxity‘s remix stays close to the original and is a very danceable catchy song. Well done!

Young producer Trails with a little bonus track where he puts some of his favorite Flume joints together. This thing is pretty damn unique and awesome at the same time. So far, i’ve found parts of “Never Be Like You”, “Wall Fuck”, “Helix” and “Free” taken from Flume’s latest album “Skin” + the first bars of “Hermitude – Hyperparadise (Flume Remix)”.
