Our friends across the ocean, the Starter Djs just have released their Album “The Flavour” via the blog world, and i reckon this to be the only way to do it these days. This album release is in conjunction with chromemusic.de and we all hope you enjoy it very much – i ll leave the journalistic description of their style up to others who feel appointed to do so. i simply like what their doing and want to share it with you. below are 2 tracks for a quick eardrop and at the end of the tracklist is the download link for the full zip. i hope you enjoy their latest effort and show them some love on :

wale ft lady gaga chillin (benzi edit). couldnt get myself to put that stupid video up, but i sent this one around last week, when i first got it and you facebook blogers have been busy spreading it. so for all of you who missed it so far, here is a real party track which is gonna get played a lot.

We haven’t posted a tune in a while, so it’s good to come back with a couple funky little tracks from our good friends Fuzzbox based in Jersey, a beautiful island actually closer to France than the UK! Fuzzbox are Joe Pope and Colin Moore, pure edit heads, mixing their own flavour into old funk tracks, demonstrated perfectly by these two tracks!
First up it’s a soulful reworking of Joe Frazier’s “My Love”, I love the Northern Soul vibe and can’t wait to play this one out…

Some more La Roux treats I stumbled upon. Which one do you like best? I think I’ll stick with the original version but I like the Iamxl remix as well and Tepr is always nice. Buzinga.

This year is flying by… June already?!? It’s like I blinked and it’s 4 months later!
