On Friday November 28th YUM YUM will be hitting Frankfurt. We’ll be playing at Walden, we get a lot of love and support from Julian Smith and my man Hannibal. Djs for that night will be Schu, Chrome, Schowi and FFMs main man Julian Smith. By the way – thats as far my own info goes… More as soon as i have gathered further intelligence. Whats a party PSA without at least one good tune?

yes there is new YUM YUM mix on its way (too be honest its actually a couple ones coming), but this one will be handed out the same night everything goes down in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich (Nov, 21st, 28th & 29th). it will be also available in our befriended shops the week after our mini-tour.and after that you’ll find it online.

DJ Anonymous @ YUM YUM this Friday

to find out who this man is a what he plays check out his blog. Similar to ours, except he is all about music and more music – plus a real soulful dude. Sampo will be playing at YUM YUM Munich for the first time this Friday, and Saturday he is off to Innsbruck where he ll play @ Blue Chip with the Wax Wreckaz crew. Next week he is playing at YUM YUM in Moscow.

A new release is coming out of Munich town. Uwe Kaa, lead-singer of the Roots Rockers (who are well known not at least starring at YumYum playing excellent roots orientated sets), releases his solo-debut album “Endlich Single” on October 31^st. The album features fresh reggae vibes, good german lyrics (rare enough) and vocals from Uwe and productions from London´s Jstar, Vienna´s Irievibrations Crew, Munich´s Oneness Band, Uwe´s long time music-partner Andybee and the Scrucialists from Switzerland. Last but not least I did a remix for him a year ago, a remix of his big hit “Dancehall Story”, giving the tune a dancefloor/ treatment. Knockin the boots, used to be a “fresh” expression in the early 90ies.

Also it was absolutely every girls favourite rap track by Candyman.

Sammy Bananas remixed it for his Braids & Fades EP on Fool’ Gold, which you can get right here at TTL.
