Last weekend Innsbruck’s party people showed lots of love for the second Yum Yum-installment in Austria. Blue Chip was packed with 400 people and Schu & Busy Fingaz (plus special guest DJ Fu) had the dancefloor going nuts for the whole night. Great succes. See you again on March 21st when Max Mausser and the Wax Wreckaz turn Innsbruck upside down for another night full of Yum Yum madness…
Woohaa! This one’s gonna be massive. I know we drop this a lot but this time even we’re a bit affraid of what’s going down this Saturday Feb 21st when we open up and celebrate our 3rd anniversary in Duisburg which has become a household name in the Ruhr Area nightlife in no time and still is.
Unfortunately Schowi isn’t able to make it due to an unexpected appearance at this years Echo in Berlin on short notice which happens to be on the very same date. Sucks big time. But the problem is already solved and we’re happy to announce that we have a very appropriate substitute selected and approved by Schowi himself. Speaking about DJ 5ter Ton who will play a very similar set and sound along myself.
Reacting on the door situation last time (we had to close up at 1 o’clock because the place was exploding) we will rearrange the dj booth and make room so people can dance on the stage. So make sure you show up as an early bird to make it to the floor which will be a mad place.

PS: There was an 1Live Moving Mix on the air on Saturday night and from what I know there will be another broadcast next Saturday. I’ll post this on Sunday right after the party for everyone who missed it.

…way more than 1000+ turned up. we had to turn down about 500 people, which we are terribly sorry for. i guess cutting YUM YUM in munich down to one date a month is doing nobody a favour. but take our sincere apologies people, if we had the time and an adequate venue we would definitely not throw it once a month. but we really want all of us to have a great time – basically thats whats the difference between YUM YUM and everyone else. and before we start taking compromises, we better just do it monthly. thx for making mine YUM YUM. a unique sound & approach to music without barriers, that is spreading around the planet. thank you all very much for all the love. i guess what goes around comes around.

Our next YUM YUM in munich is gonna be the first friday next month on march 6th (in 3 weeks). be sure to catch up with us. Djs will be Chrome & Tand, who hasnt been here for some time now and i guess Max or Notfx to have us a good time. Top friend floor will be run by two close friends: YUM YUMs own Schu & his band colleague Sep.

Vienna starting out May 30th.
Well it doesn take too much to flip the vibe in any place – we had a cheering crowd from 12.30 on. Usually the place packs at 2.00 from what i got told by co-dj Martin, who is a resident at Liga. We did a great job delivering everyone a good time and even went out with an half an hour crunk set – yay. Big up to the rookie who was playing with us – thats really his name – i am not being a prick here – but he knows about the net and new music and is into it instead of bragging about the good old days… blah, blah.., one of the few people these days. All the top friend/ YUM YUM tunes went down like butter and made the floor burst but i remember this one going down especially well. Great night great vibe and i think everybody who came down, remembers pretty much how good this night went down. Seems like Top Friend is becoming a force to be reckoned with.
