YUM YUM München Silvester & unser eigener Club öffnet diesen Donnerstag zum ersten Mal

Hallo Zusammen,
wir haben zwei grosse News zu verkünden.
Zum Einen haben wir nach den vielen, verfeierten Locations einen eigenen Club, den wir ab dem 1.1.2012 unser Zuhause nennen. Der Umbau verlief so schnell und mit viel Staub in unseren Nasen, dass wir noch nicht mal einen Namen haben :) Der Laden liegt im Herzen der Stadt, Thalkirchnerstr 2, also direkt am Sendlinger Tor und dürfte allen bekannt sein als ehemalige Erste Liga. Wir waren selbst überrascht, diese Location bekommen zu haben und freuen uns umso mehr, wieder zentral und in heimatlicher Umgebung zu feiern. Aufgrund der Grösse wird nun wieder familiärer getanzt, getrunken und gefeiert. Unter anderem auch zu YUMYUM und das 2x im Monat, wie in der Registratur. Die Praterinsel werden wir als Sonnenterasse beibehalten, aber wegen der Größe nur ein paar Mal im Jahr. Es war dann doch die einzige Off Location, in der wir euch die Toiletten und den guten Sound mit gutem Gewissen anvertrauen können und so erwarten wir den Sommer in größter Freude.

Zum Anderen wird es dieses Jahr noch ein Silvester YUM YUM in unserem Club geben, das kurzfristig verabredet wurde. Die Djs sind Chrome, Max Mausser, D-Nice & Tand Williams. Die gesamte Familie findet sich an Silvester ein und läutet damit ein aufregendes und vor allem herzliches Neues Jahr ein, ohne grosse Experimente in Off Locations. Der Eintritt beträgt 1o€ und hier der Facebook Event um weitere Freunde einzuladen. Wir freuen uns sehr, mit euch gut und gesund zu rutschen und zu tanzen…

Ps die “Chaos Tage” vor Silvester (Do 29 + Fr 30 Dezember) haben wir auch schon geöffnet. Am Donnerstag machen wir einen grossen Umtrunk mit allen Djs die ab Januar bei uns auflegen, beginnend ab 23h. Am Freitag den 30 machen wir die “Allererste Silvester Party” :) mit unseren Shaolin Soul Residents & guten Freunden Marki, Jaws (Poets of Rhythm) & Taran auch ab 23h.

STORY First off, thanks again for coming down to last months birthday party. It was a great night with all friends and family, although i was drunk out of my mind shortly after midnight and i didnt get to enjoy the many cakes apart from sitting on one of them (still sorry for that). This is our 3rd & Final Date at Art Babel, any other spot, before we move into our own Club… place, room, call it what you want, and we are bringing all our friends along, to give our new home that collective YUM YUM state of mind. Most of us say it was about time. /// It has been an oddyssey with loads of bizarre off-locations and unmanagable obstacles. Mostly its been the egos of our many ‘nightlife’ partners, but at the end of the day thats all over now and we want to celebrate with the many people who are YUM YUM / chrome music. We just wanna bring you the sets and sounds that we love and whenever we give people positive vibes through music, thats pretty much Mission Accomplished. There is no space at all for egos. And thats why you are probably here, reading this because you are YUM YUM.

PARTY INFO So, this Saturday December 3rd, for one last time, enjoy the famous Kalkutta-like bathrooms of Art Babel, dusted Soundsystems, barstaff which is old enough to be your little brothers hipster BFFs and of course the impeccable biological ART on display uopn the walls ;) No seriously, we will all have a great time!

MUSIC Decembers new YUM YUM top tunes will be online on Friday and as always an indicator to what we will play. Djs will be myself & D-Nice to get a proper*proper dance going. Lets see if Not:fx can make it, he is feeling better already after getting severly bruised last week. S*it happens! Get well soon, buddy! But the rest of the family will definitely be here as you can see from this Masterpiece of a Variant Flyer. LOL After so many technical difficulties, server was under attack, for the past 2 weeks, chromemusic is fully operating again and a on mission, best upon us by the Lord, (that is of course the metamorphing Alien Ninja Zombie Jesus) to bring you the best 49 tunes of the past 7 years! Didnt forget about that! Until then enjoy the many new Mixtapes.

LOCATION & DATE The wathers brilliant, hard to believe its close to christmas and its gonna be even more sunny on Saturday. I guess we ll be there from 10 on, so drop by anytime soon. chromemusic Party this Saturday @ UAMO Art Festival / Togalwerk Munich

This Saturday you need to tie your dancing shoes cause we are throwing a brand new chrome music party @ the UAMO Art Festival, like we did in previous years and it always went down a storm. Its not a YUM YUM party this year, even though the location is amazing, its still not big enough to host a YUM YUM party, so we decided to make it a chrome music party cause we wanted to play at the Art Fest and in those spectacular rooms. Think of an old laboratory, with a mad scientist and what not. I mean we literally found pills, test tubes, chemicals and other weird stuff, just lying around in that old abandoned factory. Its like they left that place in a hurry (meth lab?).

Music will be the sounds we are known for and the sounds you get to hear on our latest YUM YUM mixtape “the Dude”, so nothings changed just the name of the party! Djs will be chrome, not:fx & d-nice on the 1st floor and our buddies danny & taran from our jazzy & soulful partner musicblog bklyn hosting the 2nd floor. Make sure to show up early, this will be a massive blast and we ll make sure to nice up the dance!

this Sunday: Chromemusic bloggers delight Party @ Art Babel

On sunday there is a short notice Chromemusic Party going down at Art Babel (Karlstrasse 47a) in Munich.
RSVP to the party on Facebook, if you still feel like using facebook, if not just drop by and get your groove on. Last night of Oktoberfest and a Holiday on Monday. So Pandamonium happening in the city anyways, but please let us Nice up the dance! as we always do! Other parties that night are pretty much all happening on some Oktoberfest crap and are purely some tourist shit, that’s why we threw this one together within two days (the three of us felt liek going out on sunday, but no place to go). Good thing Art Babel had nothig going on, so here we are.

Anyhow, busy week for me, after playing the aftershow party at Bundesvision Song Contest (and we played with an attitude to match) on Thursday and playing our very first show with our Dj/Live Band Combo in Hamburg on Friday it’s back to the proper Dj duties in Munich this Sunday, with Max returning from YUM YUM Cologne and D-Nice on his way back from god knows where.

This one’s a family thing and i am happy to play with my folks again. See you in bit. And yes once again: We’ll nice up the dance on Sunday

The party starts at 11pm, djs R us: Chrome, Max Mausser & D-Nice. fee is 6 and yes, we’ll play the latest YUM YUM Top Tunes and our favourites in current set & sound!

Here is our video recap of last weekends YUM YUM Sommerfest. Almost all our Djs & peoples came together to play music with each other, have a drink too much, celebrate the remaining days of summer, come together as the family we are and enjoy life as we always do. It was a marvelous night to say the least and we will do this more often.

YUM YUM Sommerfest this Friday July 29th @Muffatgelände/ Munich

This will be a Massive dance on Friday. It has been some time now and now we are officially bringing all of our Friends, buddies, common enthusiasts together. Also our new chromemusic redesign will go online that very night with a 100 new features(!) Trust me, you are gonna like the new chromemusic design.

This Friday is gonna be a massive night, with us having our first official Sommerfest in 2 years (!) and its happening on 3 floors + a nice outdoor area, with YUM YUM Djs + crew from all over Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Nrw, Cologne, 2 of our people form Vienna and so on..). Also the CHICAS Sommerfest is happening at Ampere and we have been friends for many a years as well as BKLYN happening in the Outdoor area, who we have been friends with for as long as i can remember and they are part of our crew. This is such a lovely thing to happen and well in my opinion a massive dance i have waited for, for quite some time now. Here is the full floor list:
