All I Can Do Is Love You Tour & Mix

We’re growing and growing and you might have noticed that there is a little tour called the ‘All I Can Do Is Love You” tour, featuring three cities in Germany in cooperation with K-Swiss. After the massive birthday and tour kick-off in Munich last week, there are two tourdates left for this week: Frankfurt and Berlin.

In Frankfurt this Friday YUM YUM will go down at Walden together with our well known residents Schu, Schowi and Chrome, plus a friend from Frankfurt: Julian Smith from the Live Demo crew.

Continuing on Saturday YUM YUM will be at Berlin’s favourite spot – Scala with local residents Schowi and Ben Mono together with Chrome and on the second floor we will have a 90s R&B/Soul party with good friends San Gabriel & Lilly Flip a.k.a. Candy Club.

The whole tour was the motivation for a new mix, done by Tand Williams and Not:fx, which we handed out already at the last two nights and which is now available as free download or as a podcast.

YUM YUM this Friday, November 21st will be our birthday party with almost all the YUM YUM djs coming down: Schu, Not:Fx, Schowi, Tand & Max and my self. Like written so often before – this will be the start of our petit tour (FFM, Munich & Berlin) – you know thats the tshirts and the whole stuff we hooked up with K-swiss. Recheck the YUM YUM tees and get some. Ps our Tour Cds will be handed out to the first guests. No need to tell ya this night is gonna a be a massive round up of creative folks and full blast of YUM YUM material and sound. So join us for our b-day party @ Registratur. This is definitely gonna be our last b-day party at this venue since its supposed to be closed down somewhen next year. Ps there is gonna be a Top Friend floor in area 2. see you Friday..

i used to read this mag all the time back in the day. now they are renamed to the stylemag and they had a lil some on our upcoming mini-tour for YUM YUM. This is a link to that very article.

Tackling it from a critical rationalists point of view i wouldn’t even consider renaming something abstract-labeled like YUM YUM into another linearly translated and meaning-bound descriptive prosumerist word like Mjam Mjam.— ps. just messing with yall. thx for the note fellas.

their original name derrives of course from sly stone and i had to think about him every time i picked up their mag in the mid-nineties. glad to see they made it into this “series of tubes” in one piece. here is to style and sly…
