Hi everyone, i was knocked out for a full 2 weeks now after my accident. So apologies for not posting (that miuch). First off – the YUM YUM top tunes for August are finally out here.Here is some YUM YUM related info that is way too late but still needs to get out to you:
1. Our very next regular YUM YUM in August is gonna be on the 22nd of August instead of this Friday.
2. But fear not – a YUM YUM set will be played at this weeks Rewind Party at Atomic Cafe with Djs Schu, San Gabriel (Live Demo, Hip Hop Dont Stop & close buddy from Berlin) & Messi.
3. This Friday the Registratur is having its anniversary weekend and the program will be a bit different. The main floor will be Questlove from the Roots crew who is gonna play some serious Hiphop & Soul music as he always does, while area 2 is gonna be a TopFriend floor with dj duties up to Schu & Norbert Schiegl and my good buddy Creathief.
4. YUM YUM in NRW is on its way. This Saturday get ready for another round of applause @ HundertMeister as Tand Williams & Not:fx get down for some serious buisness behind the decks. You know what to expect when these two get down.
While YUM YUM is gonna be a week later this month we are having a Rewind party at Atomic Cafe with said Djs. About time Gabriel showed up from Berlin. Been a while. He is a close buddy and plays the crowd favourites just as you need them. At the same time he is the guy who is throwing on Live Demo and god knows what else in Berlin. So make sure to check him out. Schu, being a YUM YUM founding member, needs no introduction – expect the latest in YUM YUM sound from him. Dj No 3 for the night: Messi is a long term friend and YUM YUM affiliate who knows well and witnessed the ever growing YUM YUM sound and tunes – so he knows whats up and is gonna serve you just right.
So ignore what the flyer says (dj wise) and trust me – thats the lineup for the night and it seems like a good one to be at.
Its not gonna be so much of a Hip Hop show but more digging into the depths of the YUM YUM sound and bringing on crowd favourites and feel good tunes.Ps – here is this months YUM YUM top tune selection to get warmed up.
So if you need your weekly fixx, come by tomorrow at the Atomic Cafe. Doors open 11pm. See you in a blink.
This one is gonna be a biggie. If you have been at any of the last YUM YUM parties in munich you know whats up. There is a huge crowd of of singing folks there with smiley faces all over the pace. The atmosphere is just going through the roof. Nice to see that we picked up where we left you some time ago, before we were experimenting a bit (too much). The all new YUM YUM sound makes the room spin and leaves the crowd in a frenzy.
So remember – next YUM YUM not this week but next week on the 22nd of August. Djs will be Schu, Tand Williams, Not:fx & Max Mausser. So almost the entire YUM YUM massive & clout. Expect a huge Mid summer Dance.
