Last Fridays YUM YUM was mad packed. Too bad the situation with the second area wasn’t cleared, as it was shut down early while there still were masses of people inside (and outside – what’s going on doormen?). The whole night was for a YUM YUM night a bit too much reggae flavoured – as of course the Roots Rockers were playing in the main area. I know a wee bit of the YUM YUM sound was missing and it wasn’t the regular kind of night, but it was good after all and next time it will be back to the YUM YUM Sound in its original content and style. With the original cast/crew of Chrome & Jaws. So next big YUM YUM night with a new playlist on Friday November 3rd 2006. Looking forward. . Hope you enjoyed last Fridays new YUM YUM Cds. the second YUM YUM in October is approaching this Friday, October20th as well as the October YUM YUM in NRW on the following day, and so far it has been a great month. Seeing the end of the Oktoberfest that had the entire clubscene in sleeepy la-la-land for a full three weeks and that had everybody sporting clowny outfits. Also this month we have seen a great 1st october YUM YUM, an outstanding performance by
the Cuban Brothers, last Friday. Our new YUM YUM Top Tune selection that people are really going mental for. Seen enough reactions so far. Also this month sees the release of our new mixtape: YUM YUM Fall/Winter 2006. New goodies, News, & Toons are coming by tomorrow, so stay tuned and drop in this Friday October 20th when Chrome, Roots Rockers play their latest offerings, remixes & versions and the Crew Lock members celebrate their 1st record release next door. And on Saturday when Max & Tand heat up the situation in NRW. 2 monster YUM YUM coming this weekend. Looking forward to it and more news within this week.
2 versions of that new Nelly Furtado song that is just simply everywhwere right now. Well last months guests the Rub have their very own. “Promiscuous Girl rmx” by Dj A-Track. He incorporates some Raconteurs (Jack White). One of this summers outstanding rock tunes. While the YUM YUM favourite for at least 3 months now(!) has been the “Prominxs Girl” version which incorporates alltime rock favourite INXS and the Vocals of Timba and Ms Furtado. Heavy Dance tune. Enjoy. We posted the 2nd track in early July and this is nothing but a little reminder since the track is really blowing up at present.

Last Friday was a blast- Live atmosphere and a live crowd that really did it. By the early hours we all were exhausted from a unique night that was a massive dance with loads of smiley faces all around. Talking bout Smiley Faces – Our new versions went down extremly well and people were chanting “Rockin Robin” although that song is completely unknown and by “Roxannes Humps” you felt like this was one those 
Coppa del Mundo Songs and you stood in the midst of a brazilian crowd… This months YUM YUM Top tune selection just seems to do it for everybody. I enjoy it myself so what more can i say. Truly massive night with all the people inside enjoying themselves to the max. Great new YUM YUM ahead of us on Friday October 20th (in 10 days). Really looking forward & Thanks for making it mine.

Big, big October dance ahead of us. A very good friend of ours, Max Mausser, will be our guest on our upcoming night (October 21st) and together with Resident Tand Williams, he will bring the house down. The two of them are by far the youngest members of the YUM YUM family – thus meaning they still have a lot to prove – not only to themselves but also to the audience. Its going to be a head to head race with the freshest and latest versions and remixes. still taking care of the dancefloor. Max Mausser is the most promising of Djs amongst the ranks of the next generation and also is he the resident Dj for our befriended night and Old School fave Rewind!
