YUM YUM The birthday was on last Friday and boy did it go down. You really rocked the YUM YUM Sound. Thanks to all the participating Djs for bringing down the house. It was once again overcrowded, while we did limit our entry numbers in recent months. The guys at the door were probably overrun. I don’t know – simply diddn’t make it there. Or at least it would have taken me half an hour to get there. Ps. I don’t have any photos yet – so as soon as I get some I’ll make sure to post them. The giveaway Mix Cds didn’t last too long either – Actually they were gone before 1 am. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did even though me and Jay was going a bit too much for the Hip Hop awards later on that night. Nice people came down and it was instant massive Also, Friday featured the premiere of a whole lot of new produced mixes – specially for that night – but I had the feeling we were all just warming up for the big birthday bash coming in 2 weeks. Plus, we didn’t start giving out our free Cds that night – We are officially starting today (6 th of November). Incredible YUM YUM last Friday. Jeru the Damaja dropped in and dropped a long freestyle performance as well as some of his all time classics. Didn’t remember Hip Hop to be so entertaining. Well, rest assured it normally isn’t (anymore). Our other guest Minute provided the beats while I took some crap photos. Damaja Pics here .. After Jeru was done we really got into YUM YUM till 7 in the morning. Next door was Shu and his live Band – meaning he was putting on records while they were playing live instruments to it. Loud as hell – Fun nonetheless and everybody was hype. Pics of the band here. The both rooms were jumping. Thank you to everyone for coming down to another tremendous YUM YUM.Ps.
