yumyum flyer okt 1.jpgYep a new one – this time its not gonna be as chaotic as last time when we had 50 djs down there – still was a nice party with a vivid vibe to an otherwise Oktober(in)fest’ed crowd. Thats 5 points for wordplay. This Friday its gonna be Chrome & Schu & Max behind the decks, bringing you the latest in YUM YUM sound. We are gonna see how we are gonna split up team to have the 2nd area covered. I am looking forward to playing some proper sets after having stepped away from the tables the last time.

New YUM YUM top tune selection is coming this Wednesday. Actually its already finished, we just need to cut it down a bit. Expect the YUM YUM version of Wonderwall along with the top tunes. Cant go ahead and offer you 20 tracks each month. I wanna rather have 5 impeccable ones. More on this Friday also on Wednesday.
Also!!!! The new remix competition will also begin this Wednesday, we havent made up our minds which of the many newly surfaced acapellas to take first.

Photos from the YUM YUM exhibition in Munich, that started last Thursday night. Great little hangout, thx to everyone for participating and being there to help Melanie & Andy or for coming down. The exhibition is still at Amen (Müllerstr/ Cornelius str) until the 2nd of October (daily hours from 11-8). Melanie did a great job with the artwork and i was drunk before i got there so it smelled like a sitcom.Our new YUM YUM tees got introduced – T-shirts online by Wednesday.
Thursday was a long night that led directly into last Fridays YUM YUM, which surpringly enough turned out to be an alright night and a good party, and all that on the night before the Oktoberfest started. From what i heard from the guys coming down, about every other venue, club and bar in munich was deserted, because people were saving themselves for the big O-fest, like they do every year. The full comic will be online tomorrow or latest on Wednesday.

2427092085_aa2ba896b7.jpgThere is so much going on this week. First of we have the launch of our YUM YUM exhibition this week at Amen. Wanted to do it in that shop, thats way more like us and they are specialized in sneakers so.. nuff said. We are finalizing our YUM YUM tour in November. With the tour we are also gonna kick off YUM YUM in Berlin and Frankfurt, while around the same time we will make a move to Austria (3 spots) and me and Stevie Mac are working on some spots in the U.K. – But read it all for yourself, finely posted below according to topic.

This Friday YUM YUM is gonna be a blast with almost the entire crew in town for the exhibiton. Friday nights Dj duties will be up to Chrome & Schowi & Not:fx on the main floor, while area 2 will be run by Schu, Max & Norbert Schiegl. Even Tand will join us once he is done playing at some company venue rub-out. I know the big O-fest starts the day after that and that always makes it one of the darker nights of the year, cause everyone seems to be saving his or her drinking powers for Smutglory at big O. So make sure to tell your friend and bring everybody along, cause this one is massive. The entire crew(almost) has never played together at one spot and this is your one chance for the next 3 weeks to walk into a club without being blinded by the Lederhosen drunkies, from the Beerfest. See you Friday night & at the exhibition.

YUM YUM Exhibition (w KSwiss) @ Amen (Sept 19th – Oct 2nd)

Bild2.pngYes, hands down, we are having a YUM YUM exhibition at Amen (Müllerstr/ Cornelius str), just in time before this Friday YUM YUM. Some of the Artwork for our Flyers, with which we have come up with in the past years, will be shown and our new YUM YUM tees (designed by Zonders, Sonnenstrasse, Räuber & Milchmann) will be shocased, which will be followed by a German YUM YUM Mini-Tour in November called “All i can do is love you” (Frankfurt, Munich & Berlin). Those 3 cities will from that point on have an official & monthly YUM YUM venue. (The residents and promoters will be Schowi, Ben Mono, Hannibal, Julian Smith and some more which i am myself not really aware of).

Enjoy the Artwork: Its gonna be on display from Friday Sept 19th to October 2nd – always between 11-8. Check them out and send us some feedback.

New YUM YUM Party this Friday in Munich

2248592706_25f04f6514_o.jpgYes, its the 1st of September now which means its time for a new YUM YUM this Friday (sept 5th), as well as our new September top tunes selection, which will be online this Friday, maybe even by Thursday, but Schu and me are just putting on some finishing touches on a new version that we might even release officially. But more on that in the next few days, when we definitely know ourselves.

This Fridays Djs will be Chrome (who had to pause due to a heavy accident) / Not:Fx (who was on vacation) and Schu (who is just shaking off his asiatic flu…hehe). We are in for a full YUM YUM with all new versions and material that i have been craving to play for the last weeks but couldn’t. Ps September will also see the first YUM YUM exhibition at Amen (Müllerstr/ Corneliusstr) on Thursday 18th. Area 2 will be run by Ben Jammin and his singin co-host.
PS!!! – Recheck all the new music and do not forget to participate in our Oasis Rmx competition!!! You still have time left..
